Since its founding in 1968, American Spring Wire Corporation has grown to
become North America's largest manufacturer of valve and commercial quality
spring wire, and a major supplier of PC Strand.
ASW currently maintains its corporate headquarters and a large manufacturing
facility in Bedford Heights, Ohio. A second spring wire production facility is
located in Kankakee, Illinois. Another facility in Houston, Texas produces
pre-stressed PC strand. In total, ASW has committed more than 700,000 square
feet to its operations.
ASW's success is the result of an ability to combine the best of two elements:
tradition and technology. From the beginning, we've worked hard to make customer
satisfaction a tradition at American Spring Wire Corporation. We strive to
understand the needs of our customers and employ proven methods to meet their
