Quality assurance is an on-going process at ASW. All manufacturing employees are trained in process control techniques. All manufacturing equipment has been designed and built to meet the tightest quality requirements of today’s marketplace. We continue to invest in new equipment and technologies that are critical to the quality of our products. Our continuous improvement and long term planning are means of staying ahead of the curve in meeting the higher demanding needs of our customers.

ASW uses the ISO 9001-2000 quality system. We are registered by NSF-ISR, a recognized registrar, as complying with the ISO standard. This quality system is the base line for our entire operation. Defined procedures are carried out through every operation from accounting, H.R., I.S., sales, engineering to our various manufacturing processes.

Our day to day quality systems include many process control inspections. This includes surface analysis, dimension checks, tensile tests, microstructure evaluations, etc. These are just a few of the controls that take place during the processing and on final inspection of the finished wire.
